Copywriting, content strategy, brand messaging, and related writing services. All deliverables are digital files (Google Docs, PDF, spreadsheets). All services are delivered digitally.
Scope is defined in a written proposal or quote. Changes to scope require written agreement from both parties. Significant scope changes may affect pricing and timeline.
All prices in EUR. IVA (21%) is added as required by Spanish law. Payment: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Ongoing retainers billed at the start of each month. Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest after 15 days.
All copy becomes the exclusive property of the Client upon full payment. This includes website copy, email sequences, social media content, and brand voice documentation. Agency retains the right to showcase anonymized work samples unless otherwise agreed.
All client information, brand materials, and project details are treated as confidential. NDA executed with all team members. Client data is never shared with third parties.
Each package includes revision rounds as specified. Additional revisions at 62,40 EUR/hour. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of draft delivery.
Agency liability is limited to the total fees paid for the project. Agency is not responsible for business outcomes, third-party implementation, or results of ad campaigns using the copy.
Either party may cancel with 7 days written notice. Work completed to date is billable. See Refund Policy for details.
