Refund Policy

1. Before Work Begins

Full refund if no writing work has started. 100% of your deposit returned within 5-10 business days.

2. After First Draft

If you cancel after receiving the first draft, the deposit (50%) is non-refundable as it covers the research and writing already completed. The remaining 50% is not charged.

3. Quality Guarantee

If the delivered copy does not match the agreed brief, we provide free revision. If we cannot resolve the issue after two revision rounds, a partial refund proportional to the undelivered or unsatisfactory portion will be issued.

4. Monthly Retainers

Cancel with 7 days written notice before the next billing cycle. Current month is non-refundable. Future months will not be charged.

Email hello@thecopywritingfairy.com. Processing: 5-10 business days. Refunds via Stripe to original payment method.
